  • Click Verify button in the software, the prompting message will help you solve the tax return problems.

1. Quebec CO-17 is not supported.
2. ReFile: Click the button Amend Return at the top of tool bar.
3. If you cannot find your tax return files, make sure you backed up before. You have to search the files from the hard drives of your computer as we don't keep a copy of them.
