  • For CRA account error messages such as Account Locked, WAC/EFILE number/password invalid, etc, please contact CRA Helpdesk.

  • Click Verify button in the software to clear out errors, many solutions will be prompted in the fixing list.
  • Include version number of the software, the schedule name and line number in the email if applicable.

Note:

1. Quebec CO-17 is not supported.
2. ReFile/Amend tax return: Click the ReFile button at the top of tool bar.
3. License key not received: Let us know your exact email address for the purchase in order to locate your records.
4. If you cannot find your tax return files, make sure you backed up before. You have to search the files from the hard drives of your computer as we don't keep a copy of them.
