Using Version 2025.2 and Higher

Your Software ID can be found on the bottom status bar.

For All Versions

If the software is closed, see Finding Software ID (Closed).

If the software is open, see Finding Software ID (Open).

Finding Software ID (Closed)

  1. Launch the software from its shortcut (e.g., taskbar, Start menu, or desktop), then click on Software ID/About.

  2. A window will appear displaying your Software ID.

Finding Software ID (Open)

  1. In the software, go to the top menu Help > Software ID/About.

  2. A window will appear displaying your Software ID.
